At Ingemation Ingeniería, we closed the first half of 2025 with very positive results, thanks to the strategy launched in 2024 to strengthen our operational and technical capacity. We have increased our workforce by 20% compared to the same period last year and expanded our facilities to include a new warehouse with a production area of 1,000 m² and 400 m² of technical office space, which currently allows us to produce more than 150 electrical panels simultaneously. In addition, if projects require it, we have the capacity to set up new production areas without affecting deadlines, with the possibility of having more than 3,000 m² of additional space.
Our main competitive advantage lies in the combination of in-house engineering and manufacturing. This vertical integration allows us to implement changes and modifications directly, without loss of information, and to act with agility in all phases of the project, ensuring efficient execution. This model has allowed us to take on more complex and larger projects, while maintaining our commitment to quality and delivery deadlines.
Our specialization in engineering, automation, and industrial control services has enabled us to secure strategic contracts in major projects in the renewable energy sector. We participate in onshore and offshore solutions, collaborating in the development of energy parks.
Another positive factor is our location close to our main clients, which facilitates coordination, technical visits, and real-time quality control.
In recent months, we have welcomed some of our main clients to our facilities, including Dragados Offshore, Moeve, Siemens, Elecam, and others.
Our growth has been and continues to be progressive and sustainable: in 2024, we designed and manufactured between 50 and 70 electrical panels; in 2025, between 100 and 135; and by 2026, we are prepared to reach between 150 and 250. All this is thanks to strategic planning that includes the incorporation of new professionals and an intensive technical training plan.
During the first half of the year, our team has already received more than 600 hours of training, both for existing professionals who are already part of the company and for new recruits. We are committed to technical training as a model for continuous improvement and technical excellence.
